[resolved] Your testimonial has been submitted. (6 posts)

    I did a test submission and it worked great. I then deleted the testimonial on my backend. Now even though a testimonial does not exist, the submit form still doesn't show and it still says "Your testimonial has been submitted". I tried clearing my browser cache and cookies, but no change. I would like the form to be able to show back up so a person could submit another testimonial in the future. Is this possible? How does it remember that I sent a testimonial in the past? Thank you for your plugin. I will rate it a 5 on the depository.

    Hi,

    This is a recent anti spam measure I added. Completely close out of the browser and reopen it again. The form will show back up again.

    Its not enough to just close the tab.

    Sorry for the short reply, I am on my phone.

    I have done this a few times. I have also logged out of my backend and I have reset my computer. The form still does not show up.

    I greatly appreciate your quick initial response.

    Very weird. I tested it on my setup and it seems to be working for me. Go figure :(

    Can you provide me with a bit of information.

    1. What browser and version are you using.

    2. What plugin version are you using? (Found on the plugins page. Line 2 of the HMS Testimonials entry)

    3. What version of WordPress are you using? Found on the dashboard or the very bottom right of the screen.

    4. What plugins do you have installed?

    Nevermind. It's working now. I have no idea what changed since this morning. I have been using Firefox. I think an update for firefox occured. When I closed it down a minute ago and reopened, it checked that addons were compatible with that version of Firefox. I also checked Chrome, and it was viewable there also.
    I let a friend know of this plugin and she got it set up on her site today.
    So again thank you for your assistance.
