• Hi guys hope some one can help….i have used the google plugin through wordpress to try and get my site up and running but in my google analytics account under content/all pages i keep getting the error your site doesnt load ga.js from google and we didnt find a tracking snippet on your site ? my sites front page/complete site can be seen when i click on the pages at the bottom of the explorer page, and all information like visitors/page views are all showing up correctly, but the problem i am having is…..when trying to verify site through the snippet route i keep getting cant load ga.js/cant find snippet on site, and the HTML route shows error 500 msg, and my host files at domain are not showing up ?, so the problem is i cant verify my site, i might be wrong but i presume i have installed the snippet correctly (in footer) because google is recording/showing all live data from the site but will not show/load pages. i host with cirtex, and my domain is at namecheap, my site is tomsvidz.com any help would be appreciated, thanks tom.

  • Hiya,

When I go to your site, I get the cirtex welcome page. That indicates to me that while your DNS settings (at namecheap) are pointing to the right location, the site isn’t actually live in some way on cirtex.

Do they have a temporary location for you initially and maybe something you need to change in order to officially make the site live?

I’d say bring it up with the folks at cirtex as they can see more details and assist with getting this fixed up for you. Let us know how it goes for ya.

Hi masonjames, thank you very much for your reply, i took the problem up with cirtex and they said …. Could you please check this with the google support ? I could find that the server dns is fine and there are no errors. Please check this url

does this help identify the problem a bit better ? thanks tom.
