• I have just transfered my site to a new host. I am getting a bug installing JetPack (again!)

    ERROR MESSAGE :

Your Jetpack has a glitch. Something went wrong that’s never supposed to happen. Guess you’re just lucky: xml_rpc-32601
Try connecting again. Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site’s XML-RPC URL. If you have the W3 Total Cache plugin installed, deactivate W3 Total Cache, try to Connect to WordPress.com again, reactivate W3 Total Cache, then clear W3 Total Cache’s cache.

ps : at the moment i use a “change hosts” to work the site on the new host… (ie: IP# 0.0.0.0 = http://www.mysite.com)

Do you have W3 Total Cache installed, and if so, did you try the steps listed in error the message?

You should also make sure your xmlrpc.php file is working properly and is not cached.

Past that, I have seen other people report that error if their Lighthttpd is not configured properly. Are you using Lighthttpd?

I had WP SuperCache installed and removed it. Yet, I still get the error. What else can we try?

    Hi Ultraman,

Can you let me know what your site’s address is? Alternatively, you can send an email to support@jetpack.me with more details, and we’ll look into it.

    Thanks!
