Your Jetpack has a glitch. Something went wrong that’s never supposed to happen. Guess you’re just lucky: xml_rpc-32601
    Try connecting again.

Error Details: The Jetpack server could not communicate with your site's XML-RPC URL. If you have the W3 Total Cache plugin installed, deactivate W3 Total Cache, try to Connect to WordPress.com again, reactivate W3 Total Cache, then clear W3 Total Cache's cache.

Anybody able to assist me in solving this? I do not installed any W3 Total Cache plugin.

You can disable remote publishing (using XMLRPC), I think it's under settings->writing. Check that.

Hi roy, nope it doesn't work. I know jetpack is using XMLRPC closely.

Well I meant of course that you have to ENable XMLRPC :-) (Or check if it isn't disabled.)

Yups, I am aware that I have to enable XML-RPC. I did try on and off it to debugg. thanks.

  6. Are you network activating or per-site?

I am having this very same problem. I did a complete reinstall of wordpress and even changed the directory. This is hosted at Dreamhost and I've got other WP blogs where I've connected to JetPack with no problem. Disabling plugins did nothing, and XMLRPC activated on / off did nothing.

    I'm activating through the dashboard.

Hey Hazman - How did you do it?

    Here's the url: http://bit.ly/GMCooJ

and here are the errors I'm getting

    https://skitch.com/worldrider/8chqk/jetpack-clearcloud-digital-wordpress

    https://skitch.com/worldrider/8chqr/dashboard-clearcloud-digital-wordpress

first one is the same that you got, the other is perhaps related as it only appeared about the time I tried to connect to JetPack

    thanks!!

  10. I think Hazman's issue was his temp server was hidden from the internet, and Jetpack needs to talk to wordpress.com

Yours is different. Open up a new topic, since this one is resolved.
