Hello,
Whether it be an older post, a new post, or even a page, when I go to "Manage" on the dashboard, I can't delete anything. I am in as an administrator. I double checked. What can I do?

Yes, I went to the link.. but I don't understand Chinese or Mandarin LOL.. What can I say?
It's not easy. I am not good with all this stuff.I did it all and it still doesn't work..jim

This is the message I get for all files in the Theme Editor section of "Presentation". I need to edit the style.css file.
Yes, I am the administrator of my site (cliffsvoice.com).
Must I go to FTP and create and upload an new, edited style.css ?

@cliffsvoice - either bring the file down to your PC, edit it and then upload it (via FTP as you mentioned).

Since you admin the site, you chould follow the link earlier in this thread and chmod the theme directory so that your apache process can write to it.
Personally, I prefer the first option from a security perspective.
