"You don't have permission to do that"

    My site was not set up by me pinoakplace.com I recently added a form for my customers to fill out when signing up for my service. They get a message, “You don’t have permission to do that” and I just get there address is my feedback, not all of the other information I want to collect. I also notice this on the contact us part of the page. I don’t know much about website design, just know how to enter content. Is there some sort of setting that I’m missing… ?

    You would likely need more experience that just entering content to deal with this issue.

    Sorry to say that you may need to go to the person who setup your site (or someone else with similar skills) to deal with this.
