   Hi,

   I have uploaded content to my website /blog

   You don't have permission to access /blog/wp-admin/install.php on this server.

   try to run setup...

   and got a 403 forbidden page, what am i doing wrong ?

   does any body know the solution for this problem ?

   I changed permissions on the blog folder in 755 with subdirs too.

   did not help.

   what are the file permissions should be 644 and folders 755

   no luck :(

   you need to check with host see if they can help you by logging in your account.
