AgentRelaxedA friend of a friend is trying to launch a site on my server and cannot get it running. I'm trying to troubleshoot it. I've upgraded it to WP 3.1.2. There are no plug-ins. The theme is Twenty-ten. I have followed all the steps on the Login Trouble page, yet when visiting the login page and logging in, we are still redirected to the 'You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page' error.
Any input would be wonderful, thanks.
