    Hello,
    I have uploaded the plugin to my site and can not seem to import a table. I have no problem manually creating a table within the plugin. But when I try and importing I get the following error:

    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    Based on other forum comments I checked my database for prefix’s but they are all wp_. Not sure what else to do.

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    This sounds as if something is wrong with the access rights. Are you maybe using a Role or User Manager plugin?

    Ok, if possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Hi,

    just remembered something else:
    Are you maybe using a theme by AIT?

    This is a known issue with all AIT themes. They have certain wrong code in their themes but are very ignorant about it.

    It is an AIT theme. Bummer.
    Just in case others come across this thread there’s an easy enough fix:: switch the theme to a WP default theme, import the table, then switch back to my AIT theme.

    sorry to hear that you are also affected by this. I really wish that AIT acknowledges and fixes this…

    Yes, switching to a different theme temporarily is the best solution here for now.
