    yes. log into wp and go to your wp social login plugin under settings and help. there is a button somewhere which enables you to run a check of your server and it tells you the problem and solutions. in our case it was a wrong settings with php sessions. try it out yourself in our online survey community. the linkedin button is right on the frontpage.
