    When I go to Add Gallery/Images, I get…

    Upload Images
You browser doesn’t have Flash, Silverlight, HTML5, or HTML4 support.

The problem still occurs with the TwentyThirteen theme.
    I’ve cleared my browser cache.
Wordpress and NextGen are up to date.

    This is hosted with Fasthosts.

I’ve tried different browsers and I’ve seen that other people have had the problem, but it’s been related to multisite.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Same problem here. Critical failure as there seems to be no workaround.

@rapportdesign – Did you check for conflicts with other active plugins?

@fwunder – It would be better for you to start your own topic (see http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Where_To_Post)

    Thanks!

Certain files repeatedly skipped when uploading.

I assumed they didn’t need re-uploading, as no changes were made to them.

I tried several times and they kept skipping.

I’ve just deleted the entire plugin from the server and uploaded via Mac from my office and all files uploaded and it’s working again.

    Apologies.

@rapportdesign – Thanks for the update … sorry it was such an inconvenience to get to this working condition.

Let us know if anything else appears out of sorts.

    Thanks, again!

    Cais,

So, so sorry. My problem was my problem and may explain others having the same. photocrati_ajax was dequeued in child theme’s functions.php.

I believe this had been done to keep legacy nextgen scripts and styles from loading on every page. There were quite a few tutorials floating around on deregistering nextgen scripts and styles except on pages where it was being used.

Sorry and have a great day.

    Cais,

No problem, I appreciate such a great plugin free of charge.

I would have done more investigating, but with WordPress 4 involved so soon after it’s release date, I jumped to conclusions.

@fwunder – Thanks for the update. It’s not something we would normally ask end-user’s to check so well done in finding the issue!

@rapportdesign – No worries. We’re here to help where we can.

    – Cais.
