Yikes! I really screwed up. Can’t access dashboard or

I don’t know what I did. I’m new to WordPress and was trying to use the theme editor. Didn’t have the “save changes” button so I was trying to change permissions of the files. Don’t know what I did but now I get the following error:

I get that error when trying to access the administration panel or the published site.

I tried uploading and rewriting the wp-settings.php file but obviously that didn’t work.

Help!
