   Moving a large blog (over 2500 entries) from Movabletype to wordpress (yahoo small business hosting). Encountering numerous problems.

   Firstly, the first installation I did via their system turned out to be corrupted. So they purged the directory and subsequently deleted its entire contents (thank you so much for that yahoo)

   Tried to import the blog - kept stalling and giving me a white screen. So I broke up the import into smaller chunks - it seems it can only handle importing ten entries at a time without breaking.

   Then wordpress breaks again - wont let me login, wont let me post entries, wont let me import at all.

   This is happening everytime I try and do anything with - I have still to install 425 entries.

   Has anyone got any suggestions because yahoo dont seem to have? Please!

   Seem similar to my troubles.

   I am switching host providers. Yahoo! was of no help to me.

   I hope you've gotten this resolved.
