Yahoo API ID Not Needed (3 posts)

    The yahoo API code is not required by yahoo any longer. All you have to do is add the sitemap url to the end of the below url. The plugin will need to be updated when you get a second.

    http://search.yahooapis.com/SiteExplorerService/V1/ping?sitemap=

    Hi imvain2,

    thanks for posting this! Unfortunately the ping service which didn't require an API key was much to unreliable so I decided to switch back to the ping service with API key.

    Google and AOL work well but I'm having problems with Yahoo, as it says this when it crawls the sitemap or when we add our url to the end of the of the url you posted:
