using WP 3.2.1 and the most recent version of Jetpack, I am getting
    #327 (loading title)
    #58 (loading title)
when looking at top pages & posts stats for all time.

the site uses only pages, no regular posts, plus Events Manager Extended plugin. could these numbers refer to deleted events? (though there would have been a 58, we are currently only up to 193/194 so not sure where 327 would come from, plus no other events appear in the list of stats)

this answer is the closest i’ve found but doesn’t actually explain what the stat is representing – I have a client asking me what page it means, as it appears quite high up on the list.

    thanks!

You seem to be using an old version of the Jetpack plugin, 1.2.2.

Could you update to the latest version, Jetpack 2.2, and let me know if that helps?

    Thank you.

    Thanks Jeremy.

I did check the plugin page and it wasn’t saying it needed to update. It still isn’t, and when I do it manually (check the box, use the bulk actions tool) it throws up the following error:

An error occurred while updating Jetpack by WordPress.com: The plugin is at the latest version..

Maybe I’m being a bit stupid but is there another way to update Jetpack that I’m missing?

    That’s strange.

I checked the version of your Jetpack plugin here:

    Stable tag: 1.2.2

Am I looking at the correct site?

Could you try to delete the plugin, and install it manually, as explained here:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Managing_Plugins#Manual_Plugin_Installation

    Thank you.

It does say that it’s 1.2.2

If I delete the plugin and re-install it will it retain all the statistical information? don’t want to have to start from scratch, would have a very unhappy client!

Your Stats and options are linked to your site URL, so you won’t lose your Stats when deleting the plugin. As soon as you reconnect, your Stats and Subscribers will be back under your account.

I have the same problem, so I followed the advice you gave to scruff:

First I updated to 2.3.5. This didn’t fix it, so
I deactivated and then reactivated it.
Maybe I should have deleted and then reinstalled it?

Now the stats history is gone!

    Can you help, please?

    Many thanks, Anna

Anna – this thread is way outdated – you need to start your own thread per the forum guidelines – http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Where_To_Post

You can do so here: http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack#postform
