XML Video Sitemap HELP!

    Can somebody please help me how can i index video on my page on google search with thumbnail of video.
    I found the Yoast Video SEO plugin but it’s not free and i am not sure is that working with videos who are directly uploaded on my hosting.
    But i know it is possible i found some sites where author of one site made it:

    I checked source code and mp4 video is uploaded directly to his site. And i see that he is using wp too and he is using JW player plugin. On google search all his videos thumbnail is showed. Can somebody please help me how to do that?
