PierreFredericWalterThere seems to be a bug in the XML upload function. I erase everything on my server installation, including categories. Then I do the XML import using the first option (import all and everything). The result is that all pages are there, hierarchy is fine as well, but only one of several categories is uploaded and thererin, only one posts. The other posts are to be found in the trash can, and are 'uncategorized'.
So what I do is to delete once again that category and the post in it. Then I do a new XML export, but only the posts, all the other settings for ALL, then I upload this and all is fine.
Why is WordPress it doing faultily when using the 'import all' function.
