XML Parsing Error - My feeds aren't working (8 posts)

    Not sure what happend. I didn't modify anything or make any code adjustment, but all of the sudden my RSS feeds stopped working and are giving me the following error:

    XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
    Location: http://www.theappleblog.com/feed/rss2/
    Line Number 237, Column 23: <title>The “G6″ Title Might Get the Cold Shoulder</title>
    ----------------------^

    Edit: Figured out the problem. There was an encoding issue.

  5. Mosco, run your feed through http://www.feedvalidator.org

    They will highlight which character is breaking the feed. Usually these characters come from anything that has been copy/pasted from another site (like quoting an article). Once you find the character, it's just a matter of replacing it.

    Thanks macmanx. I just tried it.
    The trouble is with   in one of the entries. the   is generated by a wp plugin. I tried just retyping in the & but still no good. Am I missing something?

    oops, didn't realize the post form here allows html.
    My previous post should read:

    UPDATE: I found the offending &nbsp; tag and removed it (it was in a plugin), it fixed my problem.
