Everything sounds great. Is this plugin set up to upload from a local server such as Xampp, EasyPHP or a Wamp? and could downloading the files to a C-panel at a Hosting account be easy to do?
If not do you know of one that does all this easily?

Sorry for taking so long, the forums don't notify me when posts are made here. Using the free version, you can only create a backup and there is no restore facility provided.
I've not written up a guide as to how to use the backup file but its basically just a zip of your DB and your wp-content directory so you could figure out how to import them via FTP, cPanel, PHPMyAdmin etc fairly easily.
Alternatively, the Pro version (http://www.wpbackitup.com) will allow you to instantly import/export your backups and restore them into new sites.
