   WYSIWYG upload/insert buttons are not working in default installation. Getting the following error in my console:

   "287 Uncaught ReferenceError: postboxes is not defined"

   I don't understand what is causing this issue? I have another WP installation that I completed yesterday on the same version and do not have the same problem.

   I have zero plugins installed, this is a completely fresh installation.

   Try re-uploading all files & folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
