WYSIWYG Mystery Button Placeholder

    Using the Twenty-Twelve theme and no activated plugins and I was moving my mouse over the WYSIWYG button in the visual editor and I came across this mystery button outline next to the keyboard shortcut button.
    Can anyone tell me why this is there and should I be concerned about it.

    The screenshot shows an outline but it doesn’t show up until you mouse over the area.

    That screenshot indicates that you are using at least 1 plugin. There is no Add Form in WordPress by default.

    Ah… yes, I thought I deactived that plugin. I did now and the mystery button is no longer a mystery… thanks for pointing that out.
