   I am unsure how to go about this as I am fairly new to WordPress but I understand HTML, CSS etc etc....

   I want a drop down so colleagues of mine can post and format posts using the WYSYWIG editor but there are no heading tag selectors to format text - If I need a heading tag it needs to be typed into the html editor but not many people understand this -They just wish to format the text.

   Any advice on how this is achieved would be grateful as all the help I can find online refers to much older versions of WordPress and files they mention are not present in my version...

   OK here its is - On the editor the very last icon opens a second menu bar with the additional formatting so hopefully help anyone who makes the same mistake :)
