I just downloaded/installed WordPress and have finished setting it up and wanted to start adding content. However, clicking on icons that open a "dialogue" doesn't seem to work (in Chrome, Firefox, or IE). For example, clicking the "chain" icon to make a hyperlink does nothing. If I click on "Add an Image" that does nothing as well. This is extremely frustrating and would like to know how I can fix this issue.

Oh, and I can't toggle between Visual and HTML...

After much trial and error, I've discovered that it's directly related to the Showtime theme downloaded from Themeforest. After activating the default theme, everything worked as it should. I'm leaving this as "not resolved" in hopes that the theme developers will help out.
