WYSIWIG Editor doesn’t work for links

For hyperlinks, you can underline them and color them as blue but it only works when the mouse hovers over them.

I want the underline and blue text to show immediately to the reader so they realize they are hyperlinks.

Its a lot of work to manually go through and do it with html tags.

Is there an easy way to do this?
