   I start walking properly on the 1st of Jan - I'm currently taking advantage of my last 3 days off before I start with a vengence :-)

    Is that header image near your home? if not, maybe replace it with a local panoramic of the area :)

    I try to walk at least 2 miles every day on a knee recovering from torn cartilage. Good luck!

    Good idea about the header - I'll wait until I get some decent shots though before I change it as I quite like the snowy image :-)
