Hey guys, I have recently bough a website off of flippa.com. But anyway, I got all the content, mySQL database, and updated the wp-config file in the FTP. The website works once you get into it. Which is however all the comments and articles will not show... it's completely empty!! This is where I need your help guys...PLEASE!! =)
I can see in my dashboard that there are 42,372 comments, however I do not see them when I go to the site. Any ides, suggestions, or any more information that you need from me, please do not hesitate to post.

When you say you got the web site, do you mean it came with WordPress and content already in place?
Can you view the database in PHPMyAdmin? Can you BROWSE the posts in PHPMyAdmin?
When you say "[t]he website works once you get into it," what exactly do you mean, it "works" if there are no posts or comments? If you have all those comments in your dashboard, you should have all the posts as well. Are the articles set to "draft"? I cannot imagine what the problem is without more info.
Perhaps a link to the website will help ...

I can view the database in PHPMyAdmin, when I go to browse only see two posts. I don't know what's wrong though, cause the database that was uploaded is fine! Any suggestions?
I can see the comments on the dashboard, however, there are no posts. The only post is "hello world" which is the default one.

From the outside looking in ... you have a fresh install of WordPress at the URL you provided above.
Are you seeing "there are 42,372 comments" once you log into your dashboard here: http://www.animatictv.com/wp-admin/ ... or are you logging in at a different address?
There's no way you could have all those comments (are they spam or actual comments?) and no posts, or even only two posts. Can you see the 42K+ comments when you are logged in to animatictv.com? Or when you browse the database via PHPMyAdmin.
Looks to me like you haven't got the right database hooked up to this site.

Yeah, I'm seeing the comments on the dashboard when I log in. I am also logging in through http://www.animatictv.com/wp-admin/ They are ACTUAL comments, the site that I bought was up and running since 2006. I looked through all the content when I made the purchase. I can also browse the comments in phpMyAdmin, I just don't see the posts... how can I get the posts is my question. I got the right .sql file.
Can you see the posts in the SQL file via PHPMyAdmin? I am wondering if somehow they all became draft posts? Other than that, I'm out of ideas.
