Hello,
theres some strange things with my links, when i installed buddypress..
i.e. Profile link is http://www.mysite.lt/members/Karalius/profile
but buddypress header navigation shows http://www.mysite.lt/members-3/karalius/profile/ And i dont understand where is comes from those links like "members-3" in the middle of the link (http://www.mysite.lt/members-3/karalius/activity/)
Perhaps it has something to do with Mingle? i had installed it, but than removed, deleted, etc - but perhaps there still some things that are left?

Yes, it's partially because you used Mingle, in the sense that you needed to create a Page named "members". Assuming that you have deactivated Mingle, you should also delete again, and permanently this time - "members" and the "members-2" pages in Pages > Edit/Add New > in Trash.
Then go to Pages > Edit panel. Click Edit link under "Members". In that panel, go to the slug section under the "Members" title where you can change slug "members-3" to "members"
