When replying to a comment in the frontend, the comment form heading should change from "Leave a reply" to "Leave a reply to %s", where %s is the name of the comment author I'm replying to. However, this doesn't work.

I have the same problem, and checked if I remembered to include comment_id_fields(): yep! that's there. ;)
Maybe it's worth noting that I'm using 2.7RC2, pt_BR version.
Any ideas?
