Wrong google description

    Hi
    I have a website in WordPress and when i search in google for example : “Win XP”, the google brings up the result related to my site. result that google shows,its title is true but description belongs to another post…

    i have “SEO Ultimate” plugin…
    i don’t know what to do…
    please help me.
