Just today out of now where the date and time changed to tomorrow
UTC time is 2010-05-28 12:43:42 Local time is 2010-05-28 6:43:42
When it is actually 2010-5-27 22:43
Is it word press or my server.. who controls this?
And I cant update my wordpress it gives me errors each time i try auto update... and so i dont know what version i have now

maybe i wasnt clear...
it is currently 23:10 on May 27, 2010...
but my time automatically on my setting page in WP shows the following UTC time and "Local time" which both show it being the 28th when it isnt
UTC time is 2010-05-28 13:15:12 Local time is 2010-05-28 7:15:12
When i go to schedule a post it publishes for now when it is supposed to be scheduled for tomorrow..
WordPress gets the current time from the server and then adjusts it based on your timezone, so I'm sure this is a problem with your server, and you should probably contact your hosting provider.
