   When I try to add post to my wordpress from the admin dashboard, the writing goes out of the text box and carries on under the modules on the right, whcih can be seen on the screenshot link below.

   Hide the menus on the left and see if that helps.

   Sorry - I got sick and was out of it for a few days. You can view only the icons by mousing over the area/icon underneath the first box in the right sidebar and clicking.

   Here's an illustration/screenshot for you:

   Just click where the red arrow points.
