While writing a new post, I notice the scroll function does not allow me to type in a third paragraph (for instance) without scrolling automatically back to the top.

If I manually drag the scroll bar down to where I need to continue typing, it scrolls itself back to the top.

How can I fix this so that I can type uninterrupted by the wishes of a scrollbar to stay at the top of the panel....?

    ;0)

It causes me a lot of frustration.

Try deactivating your plugins in case one of these is causing a conflict. You may also want to try switching the the default theme in case your current theme contains conflicting javascript.

    Thanks.

I use Thesis theme. Apparently its the mother of all themes and conntains zero defects...?! Yeah, OK I'll ask Chris if he can explain the scrolling problem. I'll also deactivate the plugins and activate one by one.

    Thanks again
