Write Post “Post” Section screwy after installing 2.6

When I try to make a new post or manage a post after installing 2.6 the section where you enter the text for the post starts off in HTML mode. When I click visual the whole area disappears and I can’t get it back unless I refresh the page. Not only that, but I also no longer have the custom bar above add media where you can select things such as text format and the continue reading insert options. What’s going on here?
