• I’m getting this error message when I install WPTouch into my website. It works fine for my other website, but I have no idea how to access this file to get it activated!

    Destination folder already exists. /home/content/03/6777603/html/wp-content/plugins/wptouch/

    Plugin install failed.

    Please help!

  • Visit your wp-content/plugins and wp-content/upgrade folders via FTP and delete and failed package downloads/upgrades of WPtouch then try again. It’s a WordPress bug.

Thank you. Where would I find the FTP? Through my hosting service? I’m not really experienced in this.

You’ll have to look up using FTP on the web— that’s a little out of reach for what this free support forum offers.
