WPTouch Mobile Theme Switch Requires Second Refresh

    I have been going through the forums and so far the only people that I have seeen with this problem were WPTouch Pro users who were asked to go to their actual support forums. However, I am facing this particular issue with WPTouch Free.

    The site in question is http://www.moe.gov.bn – When I load the mobile version of the website on my phone (iPhone 4S, iPhone 5) everything looks fine and there are almost no problems except when I scroll to the bottom of the page and Click “Off” for the Mobile Theme switcher. However, whenever I do this the page refreshes and it loads the mobile version again – So I have to refresh the browser one more time manually, only then does it load the desktop version of the site. The same thing happens when I try to switch from the Desktop version to the Mobile Theme version of the site.

    I would like to mention that I have ensured the correct Rejected User Agents are listed within my page caching plugins since this seems to be the suggestion that is given whenever problems with the Mobile Theme switcher come up so hopefully someone can give me another solution to solve this problem.
