• Hello everybody,

I’m having problems with using the plugins WPTouch and Secondary HTML Content. WPTouch is already a serious bummer for me, because I’m using NextGen Gallery, which is not working together. But I was close to buying a WPTouch Pro License until I installed WPTouch just for the heck of it. I must say, it’s the best looking of the free mobile plugins. But then I noticed, that it was only presenting the content that I had posted in the the_content box. the the_secondary_content(1) box and so on were completely ignored! Is there a way to change this?

Is there a mobile plugin that serves both nextgen and secondary content?

    Thanks for your help!

  • Hi Simonster,

If the functionality for the secondary content is custom to your desktop theme, then it will not be available because WPtouch can’t “see” it.

In WPtouch Pro it is possible to add support for custom functionality that is part of your desktop theme, using a WPtouch Pro child theme.
