I have wptouch on both blogs and neither is showing in mobile version.

    Please help.

p.s. I used to have wptouch before and it worked fine. Then I upgraded to wptouchpro but it didn't have the features I needed so I deactivated all wptouch. Ready to try again, not sure why it's not working now???

    Hi Vondie,

Activate the plugin and share the URL of the website in question with us. We'll gladly take a look and see what may be happening there. Thanks.

WPtouch is active on your site but it appears that there is a conflict that is preventing it from functioning as expected (see the distorted mobile switch in the footer). Follow these guidelines for plugin conflict testing:

To isolate which plugin(s) may be contributing to the trouble, deactivate all except WPtouch from within the WordPress Plugins area, clear your browser cache and local data, then test.

If WPtouch functions well, you may then enable the rest of your plugins one at a time, repeating the process, until you can identify which is/are causing the problem.

the plugin is working. I just had to hit the button to show mobile version on my phone.

Is there a setting I can change where it will default to mobile view without the user having to hit the button to turn it on?

In the "Advanced Settings" of the WPtouch admin panel, make sure "1st visit mobile users will see desktop theme" is disabled so your mobile visitors first see your WPtouch theme when accessing your website.
