I originally had wp-table and then i noticed the wp-table reloaded. I upgraded to reloaded because i was not able to adjust the cell padding on my tables... Now that I have upgraded to reloaded the cell padding is still not adjusting...

I looked at your site, but did not find any tables that were created with WP-Table Reloaded in it.
Have you created a table in WP-Table Reloaded (or imported one from wp-Table)?
Have you then inserted the new shortcode into the page? (It differs a little bit from the shortcodes of wp-Table, but without them you will not see the new tables.)
The initial layout/style of tables from WP-Table Reloaded is a little bit differeent that the style of tables from wp-Table, so your needs should be fulfilled then.
