that field needs the absolute path to your SMF forum (on the same machine offcourse!)
so if you have for example:
http://www.yourdomain.com/mysmfforum
http://www.yourdomain.com/mywpblog
it will probably be
/home/user/public_html/mysmfforum
so the field would need "/mysmfforum" (without quotes)
the easier way is to search for SSI.php on smf folder.
the path needs to point to taht specific file.
it Worked.
Thanks
i just entered as adviced > /forum (without quotes)
Note: Please add more detailed Usage Instructions for begginer users in the ZIP file with some screeshots. Thank you very much!
i'll do that m8

sorry for offtopic to this post:
can you make it work for smf 2.0 (rc) ? would be really great..
have you all a nice day
It is already 100% working on SMF 2.0 RC3. In fact, it is ONLY compatible with SMF 2.0, for now. :)
SchattenMann has been working very hard on this, so he deserves a big applause!
@Lazy79 this only works with SMF 2.X....
ah sorry thought the other way. great to read! will give it a try tomorrow! thank you very much, SchattenMann!
np hope you like it
@Lazy79 The reverse should also be possible, that is, from SMF to WP.
But right now the MOST important thing is to perfect this WPSMF plugin to export from WP to SMF. Once this is done, then maybe SchattenMann will consider adding even more functionality.
ho knows...
