Wpmu 3.3 and WP-polls doesn't work, when I'm tyring to add a poll I'm getting "Error In Adding Poll " is it just me or WP-polls is not for WPMU. Is there a fix? Some other plugin?

It's not WPMU. It;s multisite.
Ask the plugin author.
Also - do *not* network activate the plugin. Just go to the sub sites and activate like you would on a single site.
