The theme is fully translatable and has been translated into several languages already.

That was not the question, I’ve translated the theme into Czech already, I’ll test it out a bit and send you the translation later when I am sure it’s 100% correct. The question was, whether the theme will “hold” when I’ll switch on the mode of running the site simultaneously in three language mutations…
I’m afraid I’m not familiar with WPML then. I’m not sure how WordPress handles switching languages either. Is this something I need to build into the theme?

Several other languages have been implemented. To add a language, use a program similar to Poedit and download the translation template from here. This guide covers a few of the basics in better detail. If you want, I can include your translation in the next version of Decode as well for all to use. If you just want to use it personally, that is fine as well.
