WPML does no work?

I cant continue after first stap, After installation + activating asks me:

Step 1.

You need to install Dean’s FCKEditor For WordPress – this plugin replaces the default WordPress editor with FCKeditor. We need this editor to make it working with many languages. You can get it at homepage (http://www.deanlee.cn/wordpress/fckeditor-for-wordpress-plugin/)

But that URL does not work. (apart from it being a bit annoying that once installed you keep installing more stuff… )
