WPML and responsive themes

    Have existing site, citygonow dot com and want to change the theme to responsive and WPML compatibility.

    Site has a lots of custom pages including the Home page, What’s on this week, etc. and I’m unsure if an existing theme is wise.

    Any suggestiosn ?
