   I have just installed Gallery2 on my webserver for use in my website where I also have wordpress installed on the same server. Am I able to embed the same gallery into my wordpress blog as I have on my website without having to install Gallery2 into my blog plugins directory and therefore reupload all of my pics again?

   I don't know if this is asking the impossible just thougt it would be really good if it is.

   Thanks to all those experts out there. I'm just a beginer with this stuff but very eager to learn.

   the wpg2 plugin bridges the two together. Its not a whole new install of gallery2. It puts your existing gallery into your wordpress blog and adds handy buttons in your wordpress write pages to easily include photos in your posts from your gallery.

   ok cool, but does gallery2 have to be installed on the same server as my wordpress blog or not?

   I though it was but now I realized it's on the same server but on a different hosting account.
