Wpfolio 1.5.2 category post problem

I recently upgraded to Wpfolio 1.5.2 from 1.3. Also to wordpress 3.01.

1. The main and important issue I have is that I have a category titled “artwork. I have four posts in that category and in earlier versions of WPfolio and WordPress all 4 posts appeared on that category page. Now only one does. Formally I had four thumbnails on view that all linked to separate posts.

2. Is there a way to sort the pages and categories together in the nav bar? Now you can not mix the order of the categories and pages together.
IE: About is a page and Artwork is a category. I’d like to list those next to each other in the Nav Bar.
