   When I edit an image in the visual editor by clicking on the image I get the image editor with placeholders instead of text (descriptions)

   It doesn´t happen when I upload an image or anywhere else. Onle when I edit images.

   Ideas anyone? Google didn´t help :-(

   I've just noticed the same thing. Re-installing WordPress doesn't address the issue. Ideas?

   In my case it was a plugin called "FAQ Accordion". Switched it off and the issue was gone. You should check all your plugins.
