[Plugin wpbook] wpbook looping in Facebook

I’ve just reinstalled my whole blog and cannot set up wpbook (v2.2.3) to work correctly after the new install.

When trying to go to the blog on Facebook, it endlessly loops, trying to reload the page constantly. I’ve seen this previous thread:

…and the problem looks pretty much identical.

The problem exists in both Firefox and IE on the same computer, and also in Firefox on a completely different computer. Since it is a fresh install, I’ve not clogged the wp install up with loads of plugins or themes. The only other plugin present is akismet, and no new themes have been installed.

Migration settings (from the Advanced tab are), from the top:
Disabled Deprecated = Enabled
Stream Post Security = Disabled
OAuth 2.0 = [strong]Disabled[/strong]
POST = Enabled
Canvas Session = Disabled
Nov 2010 = Enabled
Timezone-less = Disabled
Upgrade = Disabled
JSON Encoding = Enabled

I’m hoping it’s something that can be fixed by changing one of those settings, but I don’t know which ones actually do what!
