The Facebook people don't like it when you combine WPBook with Wp-o-matic especially when the RSS feed is really active.
Just an FYI.

Could you clarify what you mean by "The Facebook People"? What is the issue to much traffic?
Facebook Support is what I mean by Facebook people. Those that work for Facebook.
Facebook completely deleted my original WPBook app. I made a new one and changed the CRON settings for WP-o-matic so it would check the RSS feeds less frequently. That was two weeks ago and they (Facebook) hasn't deleted my newer WPBook App and it's still integrated with WP-o-matic.
In other words, if you post too frequently Facebook doesn't like it.
Wp-o-matic takes rss feeds and turns them into blog posts.
If you post 100 times a day to your facebook wall from any app you will get in trouble.
This isn't a wpbook issue but a Facebook spam control issue.
I'm glad they don't allow it, as an occasional Facebook user myself.
