wpbook install problem

    I tried to install WPBook 1.5.2. When trying to activate it, I get the following error message:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘{‘ in /home3/resablat/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/wpbook/wpbook.php on line 851

    I tried removing the { but that opened another can of worms. Anyone know how to fix?

    WPBook 1.5.2 requires PHP 5, and you are running PHP 4.

    This is documented in the readme, though actually it should fail on install with an appropriate error message when you try to activate the plugin.
