Yeah I have the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Just tried this out too and all i get is a white screen and the word “Done” in split second down in the bottom left of my browser window. The process takes less than half a second. Nothing just white screen, any clues?

Unfortunately, same problem as John. Tried every possible permutation of my FTP site address – one of them should work.
Well, I must say, I am a bit disappointed in the developers of this plug-in: I have posted here, as well as on their user’s forum for this plug-in, AND emailed the developer TWICE, and have yet to hear a word.
Funny, but the developer brags on his website that he gets to most responses in 24 hours – – Here it is 4 weeks later, and still not a peep..
This may come as a surprise, but I was more than willing to donate to the developer’s Paypal fund, if he had chosen to assist me – – Perhaps he’d like to redeem himself?
Also, for the record, I am not an expert in code, but I am certainly not an idiot – – I really do know how to type in my FTP credentials, and I even tried different permutations – – It just doesn’t work…
Perhaps it is my Service Provider, Network Solutions? Who knows – – I guess until the developer chooses to respond, it will remain a mystery…
There, I feel much better…. 🙂
Cheers,
John

I’m having the same problems you are having. WordPress Automatic Upgrade will not work for me, even though I’m entering my login data completely correct. I also use Network Solutions, so that could be the problem. Keep us posted.
@myjon et. al.
I gave up on this plug-in – I hired someone to do it, and he did GREAT work at a reasonable price – – highly recommended…

His name is Shayne…give him a buzz..
And FOOEY on the developers of this plug-in – – – ***raspberry-like sounds emanate from my lips****
Cheers,
John 🙂
Has anyone been able to successfully use this plugin on a Network Solutions hosted WP Blog? It seems like the FTP login information gets rejected most often by people that are using a Network Solutions hosted blog.
Have any Network Solutions customers gotten this to work???
All – you’re on the wrong forum. This should be addressed on the plugin forum. Wish I knew the answer, but I don’t.
I am also encountering this problem. Very frustrating! No one has a solution?
